Animal & Livestock Marketplace
How buying and selling works
Four steps, from first flick to a verified sale. Money changes hands directly between buyer and seller — the app introduces you and keeps the record.
Find the one
The buyer searches, filters or swipes through animals that match their criteria — species, breed, region and price.
Contact the seller
Private messages cover extra videos, questions and arrangements for a working demonstration before anything is agreed.
Agree on the sale
Buyer and seller agree the price, inspect the animal, exchange details and complete the ownership requirements between them.
Verify and review
Both parties confirm the transaction. A verified review is what builds the seller's reputation and level.
Paying the seller
The purchase price is paid directly from buyer to seller. The app does not take the price, hold it, or pass it on.
That keeps the first version simple: no escrow, no refund processing, and no disputes over a payment we never held. Payment for a membership is the only money that passes through the app.
Reporting and moderation
Listings can be reported for being misleading or for animal-welfare concerns, and reports are read by a person rather than a filter.
A listing under review can be paused or removed, and a seller who repeatedly breaks the rules loses the right to list.
Animal welfare
New Zealand's MPI Code of Welfare applies to farm dogs and hunting dogs alike. It sets out requirements around care, the supply of puppies, and disclosing any known inherited disorders.
Sellers must meet it, and every listing has to describe the animal honestly — age, health, temperament and working ability included.
